24 June 2002 — One of the best net resources for mac filmmakers are the various industry list(serv)s and online forums available. Send us a note if your favorite isn't listed here!  Host: Mac Filmmakers Description: Mac Filmmakers launched its first listserv in June of 2002. This list serves as a means for the core team to communicate more fluidly with our membership. One of the uses of our new list will be to pass on “goodies,” such as user group discounts, as well as inform our member base of other digital video user group offerings in the bay area are that might be of interest — including seminars, presentations, and workshops. Volunteer communications and informal ‘quickie’ surveys will also find a home on the list. This will also be a channel for members to pass along tips and questions to each other.
